Saint Kitts And Nevis Will Allow Two Vessels To Enter The Port

The port of Zante, partly funded by the Citizenship by Investment Program, has welcomed up to one million cruise passengers.

The government recently published permission for two Royal Caribbean vessels to enter the port. The Vision of the Seas and Rhapsody will arrive in the country on August 19 with 70 crew members onboard each.

According to specially introduced rules, all arrivals will be required to pass the RT-PCR test, and then stay in quarantine for 14 days on the vessel. As soon as everyone gets a negative test at the end of quarantine, crew members can go ashore, observing safety measures: social distancing and wearing masks.

There are currently no active COVID-19 cases on the island.

"The health and the safety of our citizens, residents, and of our visitors remains our number one priority […] We have taken all the necessary health and safety protocols to ensure that St. Kitts and Nevis remains safe." Minister Grant noted. "This assistance represents the true nature of our people to support others in a time of need," he added.

Saint Kitts and Nevis is the leading major cruise destination in the region.

A foreign investor can obtain citizenship and a passport of this Caribbean country by making an investment. There are several options: investment in a fund or real estate.

Until the end of the year, the country is presenting a limited profitable offer for a family of four, now for a smaller investment in the fund, you can obtain citizenship.
